Tabata

Tabata is a fun and challenging high intensity interval training protocol developed to achieve serious results fast! Blast through a series of 8 (20 second) intervals of an exercise before moving on to the next. Improves cardiovascular endurance and strengthens muscle all the while burning calories and toning your body. This workout is ideal for intermediate and advanced fitness enthusiasts looking to change up their routine and burst through plateaus.

Equipment Needed: Participants need to bring their own fitness/yoga mats
