Active Family Play is a class taught by an instructor, for families and caregivers with children 0 - 6 years old. The first 45min will follow a children’s fitness coach program plan and the last 45min enjoy free play!
Each caregiver can supervise up to 4 other participants.
Join us for a busy morning filled with fundamental movement skills, gross motor activities, interactive games and program planned fun. At the end of the session there is a chance for some free play in our studio space that will be filled with preschool aged equipment and toys.
