Create and Connect gives couples with children ages 0 – 6 a chance to enjoy a creative, child-free evening together. Join artsPlace and Family Connection Centre staff for an evening of connection at Elevation Place through various art mediums.

Parents/caregivers will explore:

• Expressing emotions through art
• Self-care and mindfulness
• Using art to communicate in reflective conversations

Childcare and dinner will be provided.

Please only register ONE parent/caregiver per couple
